Banners and banner printing
Getting the right type of banner will help to make the most of your investment and ensure that it lasts as long as possible.
All banners are produced in-house to the customer’s specification. We can design the artwork working to match your existing branding, or can work from supplied files.
Banners can be produced to any dimension, printed either single or double-sided. All single-sided banners are hemmed to give additional strength and longer life when in service. A tapping bar is stitched into the bottom of the banner. Banners are eyeleted as necessary, normally with 2 brass eyelets fitted at the bottom corners to retain the banner via a bungee cord.
The most popular type of banner we supply is printed on a high quality 600 gsm PVC. This heavy-weight PVC is long lasting and tear resistant, but also gives an excellent smooth finish. The material is fire retardant and conforms to health and safety specifications.
Double-sided banners are printed on slightly thicker 700gsm total block PVC.
Banner options
Depending on the location and use of your banner you many wish to consider some of the additional options available during the production process:
- Extra strengthening to the corners
- Larger eyelets
- Wind vents allowing the wind to pass through the banner reducing wind pressure on it. Anti-rip finish applied to vents.
- Pockets, useful for holding menus, leaflets with more able to be made to any dimension and reinforced where necessary.
Banners can also be supplied with airtex material that can be digitally printed on.
In addition to café banner and barriers we can also print awnings, advertising boards, Foamex boards, PVC banners, mesh banners, fabric banners with sign writing, canvas materials and produce high quality prints.
